Your alumni keep each other close after treatment, in a private app under your center's name. Your staff run it from a website and the app; members use it on their own phones. It replaces the group texts, the email list and the social-media group.

Configurable by your team
The name, the logo, the colors, the chats and what members see are settings your staff change on the website. On a member's phone, the app icon, the lock screen, and the texts and emails show a neutral name you choose; your center's name stays inside the app.
